These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Llamates application and related services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Although it does not form part of these Terms, it is an important document that you should read.
Llamates is a productivity application that allows users to interact with multiple AI chat services within a single interface, including side-by-side comparison of responses. The Services are intended to support productivity, creativity, and problem-solving.
Minimum age You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Registration To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in unauthorized or harmful activity.
Third-party login By choosing to log in to the Services using a third-party service, such as Google, or Apple you authorize us to access, use, and store information from that service as permitted, which may include your login credentials and/or access tokens.
You may access and use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services.
Prohibited conduct You must not: • Attempt to harm, interfere with, or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except as permitted by law. • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activity, including impersonating others or submitting false information. • Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Responsible use You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you must take appropriate precautions to protect your account credentials. You should notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You may provide input to the Services (“Input”) and receive output generated by the Services based on that Input (“Output”). Input and Output are collectively referred to as “Content”.
Ownership You retain all rights to the Input you submit through the Services. By submitting Input, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, display, and process your Content as necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and develop the Services and related features.
Responsibility You are solely responsible for the Content you submit. You must not submit Content that violates these Terms, infringes the rights of others, or is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any consequences arising from your submission or use of Content.
Interactions with AI Your Input may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate Output and deliver the functionality of the Services. Any personal information included in your Input may appear in the Output. You agree not to submit sensitive personal information about yourself or others. Output may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. Output is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of Output for your specific use case, including through human review where appropriate. Output generated for other users may be similar to your Output.
Reporting issues If you become aware of Content that you believe violates these Terms, you should report it to us using the contact details provided. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to Content that violates these Terms.
Limited usage Access to certain features of the Services, including the ability to receive or generate Output, may be subject to usage limits. We may set a maximum number of prompts that you can use within a given period.
Ad-supported access We may offer additional prompts or extended access to certain features in exchange for viewing advertisements. The number of prompts granted after viewing an advertisement may differ from the default allocation and may change over time at our discretion.
Changes to limits We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue usage limits, advertising models, or the number of prompts available at any time, with or without notice.
No guarantee of availability We do not guarantee that advertisements will always be available or that additional prompts will be granted in every case. Availability may depend on factors such as network connection, location, device, or third-party advertising partners.
Ownership of the Services
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including the application, user interface, design, logos, content (excluding User Content), software, and underlying technology, are owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Services, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by law.
Service availability
We strive to keep the Services available and functioning properly; however, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Access to the Services may be suspended or limited from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.
Modifications to the Services
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features, functionality, AI models, usage limits, or advertising mechanisms. Such changes may be made with or without notice.
Third-party dependencies
Certain features of the Services rely on third-party providers, including AI model providers, hosting services, and advertising partners. We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, or limitations caused by the actions, policies, or availability of these third parties.
Services provided “as is”
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
No guarantee of accuracy
We do not warrant that the Services or any Output generated through the Services will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or suitable for your specific needs. You acknowledge that AI-generated Output may contain errors or inaccuracies.
No professional advice
The Services and any Output are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of any Output for your use.
Availability
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Access to the Services may be suspended or limited from time to time for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
Indirect damages
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
Use at your own risk
You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services and any Output is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for any decisions made, actions taken, or results obtained based on the Output generated through the Services.
Maximum liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), or the equivalent in local currency. Some countries and states do not allow the disclaimer of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some or all of the terms above may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
Third-party services
We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or content of third-party providers, including AI model providers, advertising partners, or other third-party services integrated with the Services.
By us
We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict access to the Services, at any time and for any reason, including if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in unauthorized or harmful activity.
By you
You may terminate your account or stop using the Services at any time by following the instructions provided in the application or contacting us.
Effect of termination
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease. Any licenses granted to you under these Terms will end. We may retain User Content and other information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including to resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, or comply with legal obligations.
Survival
Sections relating to User Content, Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination, will continue in effect even after your account is terminated.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms within the Services or on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
